Future Homes Residence - a unique green and futuristic real estate project
Believing in good attracts projects that do good! This incredible, never seen before real estate project needed an online presentation tool to communicate its futuristic concept and green energy benefits. For the local and national real estate market, it’s a premiere and a unique story to tell.
Simplexity was responsible for creating the online concept and storytelling, from slogan to website structure, web design, web development and social media presence. The winning formula to best describe the project was “Revolutionary Living”. Everything from green solar panels to filtered air, efficient and innovative heating technologies, sustainable materials and minimum environmental impact was described and encapsulated in the one-page website.
The project’s public launch became a local highlight event in the city center of Craiova, in Dolj County. Future Homes Residence established a concept store, where future inhabitants could explore the neighborhood in Virtual Reality and talk to its creators.
Our graphic designer’s imagination was put to good work also for print materials to best accompany the communication campaign along this launch:

- a large outdoor banner
- a roll-up
- a presentation folder
